Sheetal is the owner, optometrist and driving force at Magnifeye Optometrists Inc. She is fluent in both English and Afrikaans, is able to speak Gujerati and understands some Portuguese. Her philosophy is simple: Every patient needs to be treated with equal kindness, respect and patience when being assisted with their eye health and vision needs. On a personal note, Sheetal loves fashion, patients need to leave with spectacles that make them feel beautiful and confident. Her teenage kids help her keep a trendy selection of frames in the practice at all times .
Optical Assistant
Tanya is Magnifeye’s young, quirky assistant, fluent in both Afrikaans and English. She is our medical aid expert and will assist you with all your account queries. She is also a mom to a beautiful young daughter, which makes her more empathetic and patient when assisting young children with frame selection. Her knowledge in children’s frames, ideal fit of their spectacles, and subsequent adjustments ,has grown remarkably .

Eddie is our very stylish assistant fluent in Portuguese, English and Afrikaans. She loves assisting with frame selection, and
always shares her honest opinion. She will never rush you through the frame selection process, sometimes encouraging you to look you out of your comfort zone. She simply loves seeing patients excited about what they have chosen. Eddie is a grandmom of 5, though you’d never say… She is the youngest of us all at heart, the vibrant, fun presence in our practice.
